Guarantees & Repairs

I stand by my work.  My goal is to build you pieces that both wear well and stand the test of time over a life well-lived.  If your piece breaks or needs repair WITHIN REASON over its lifetime, I am happy to help.  A common repair is a loose stone needing a squeeze, an ear-wire bent out of shape, or a broken clasp. 

Please understand repairs can sometimes be very time consuming and therefore if your jewelry requires more than a common repair, I charge hourly, depending upon circumstance. I reserve the right to use my judegment here. You reserve the right to decline my services and find another willing repair person.  I ask that you provide shipping costs to mail your damaged jewelry to me, and I will pay for return shipping once the item is repaired.

I am NOT responsible for pieces that have seen irrevocable damage due to mishandling or blatant disregard for care instructions. Many of the stones I use are soft and require a gentle hand. The designs I create keep this in mind, but a smack to a hard surface in the wrong place will ALWAYS break a stone, no matter the design. 

If anything arrives defective, please let me know within 10 days of purchase so I can send you a replacement free of charge. 

Exchanges & Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase I will do everything I can to change that. In-person purchases are ineligible for return, but may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase if the item is in its original, unworn condition. Online orders are eligible for return if you contact me within 5 days of receipt. Again, the item must be in its original, unworn condition. Custom jewelry CANNOT be returned.
