Accomodates 6-7" wrist; measure around your wrist above the bone. If you don’t have tailors tape you can use yarn or ribbon and then measure on a ruler.
 
You can slightly adjust the opening to perfectly size to your wrist. However, once adjusted it should not be moved again. Pulling the ends of the cuff away from each other or pushing them together too much will alter the shape.
